- Deep fry the onion sices and keep aside
- Add oil again in the wok temper the bay leaf,red,chilli,whole garam masala and jeera

- Keep it on a low flame and stir occasionally to avoid sticking at the bottom
- Add the fried onions and garam masala
- Mix all well and switch off the oven
