- First take a frying pan and add 2-3 tbspn ghee to it. Add dry fruits (kaju, badam, elaichi) and saute it well on low flame. Add grated coconut and mix it well. Saute till it belows golden or brown. Keep the mixture aside.
- Now in the same pan, again add 2-3 spoons ghee. Add the suji or rava and roast it well. Make sure it's on low flame. Once it becomes brownish, remove it from the pan and keep it aside
- Now to make sugar syrup, add 1-2 tbpsn milk and the sugar in the frying pan. Add water. Make sure the syrup is thick and juicy.
- Add the roasted rava, dry fruits into the pan. Mix it well. Keep it on the flame for 2 minutes so that rava absorbs the sugar syrup
- Now to make laddoo or balls, make sure you apply ghee on your palm and take small mixture and make proper balls. Adding ghee on your palm helps to keep the mixture together.
- Serve it after some time.
