The ingredients needed to make Rava Laddu:
- Get 1 cup rava/ suji/ fine semolina
- Get 1/2 cup dry-roasted grated coconut
- Take 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Get 1/4 cup milk
- Get 10 cashew nuts
- Get 2 green cardamon
- Prepare 4 tablespoon ghee
Instructions to make Rava Laddu:
- Heat a pan with ghee (4 tablespoon) and add rava. Saute for 3-4 minutes and note that the colour of the rava should not change.
- Add 1/2 cup of dry roasted grated coconut (grind the coconut, roast for 10 minutes and let it cool for sometime) and saute them for 3 minutes.
- Add 3/4 cup of powdered sugar and mix them well for 4 minutes. Add chopped cashew nuts.
- Then add 1/4 cup of milk and mix them well. Note that you do not add more milk.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool for few minutes. Then take small portion and make it into a laddu.
