- Add chili, whole cumin and garlic in the heated oil for 2min
- Add onions and heat until it turns dark orange
- Add tomato and ginger & hear until water evaporate
- Add powder spices (coriander, sansho, turmeric and salt) and mix
- Add hot water & Dashi, wait until it boils
- Add chickens & wait until it cook
- Add garam masara for additional flavor
- Done :)
