- Fry momos in some oil to give crunchy flavour till then they turn brown.
- For Marination, add curd and gram flour(Besan) in a bowl and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and red food colour(optional). Add half lemon, vegetable oil and mix well.
- Now, add momos and onions to the marinated paste and quote it well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- After, to give a tandoori flavour put cilia in a bowl and keep it in the center of the marinated momos bowl and add some butter to it. Let it sit for few minutes.
- Use a wooden stick to hold momos and some marinated onion to grill them. On a gas strove, grill them on medium flame with proper totation.
- In pan put some butter and add Marinated paste and add fresh cream at medium flame.
- Add momos to them sparkle some chaat masala and your tandoori momos are ready to serve.
