- Make into small size balls. Using rolling pin spread it flat.
- Cut into diamond shape or square shape.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai.Deep fry in oil till golden and crisp.
- Cool and store in airtight container. Serve with tea or just as a snack.
