- Add all shakkarpara /gojas or diamond cuts to the syrup and toss quickly so that syrup coats all before crystalizing.Spread out to cool and store in airtight container. Keeps well for a month. Serve delicious crispy shakkarpara as a tea time snack to guests specially during Diwali,Dussehra or any festival.
