- Take 1/4 cup almonds
- Prepare 1/4 cup cashews
- Take 1/4 cup peanuts

Steps to make Energy Bar:
- First in a pan heat teaspoon of ghee, add almonds and cashews and roast for a min or two on low to medium heat.take them off in a plate.
- Now in a same pan add peanuts and roast them too for few mins.take them out in a plate and allow to cool.
- Now in a grinder jar add almonds, cashews, peanuts and grind coarsely.
- Now add seedless dates and grind again until well combined.(grind in two batches)
- Spread this mixture into greased or lined pan and press nicely.sprinkle some pista flakes and poppy seeds and press well.
- Keep aside to set completely and cut it into desired pieces.
