- After the water is drained or the chicken soft, Put the chicken in a nother bowl.
- On a cooking pot, add cooking oil just enough followed by chopped onions.
- Add more garlic and ginger if you love them more
- Let it brown or at least pinkish in colour then add tomatoes and green peppers.
- Cover it to soften a bit then add chicken and mix well.
- Add the Chilli peppers, coriander, Royco cube and a little water for soup then simmer for 5minutes.
