- Add the protein, stir constantly.
- When the protein is just done, add fish/soy sauce.
- Stir until fish/soy sauce is pretty much dried up. Taste, add salt and pepper, stir, taste. Turn off heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion, etc.
