- Take 2 ml Hot Sauce (I use Tabasco)

- Grease 3 Ramekins with any flavoured oil or plain oil. Pack the rice firmly into the Ramekins pushing down with the back of a spoon. - Place your dinner plate over the Ramekin and turn up right. The rice should just slip out of the Ramekin onto the plate in a nice - neat mould. - - Add the stir fried Pork and Vegetables to your plate and serve.

Sauce was good but I will double it next time to have extra for the rice! It was also a bit bland but I used Braggs Amino Acids instead of soy sauce so that might have been the problem.
