- Chop onion finely.Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies,ajwain, chaat masala,tandoori masala, garam masala,pinch of orange red food colour (optional),besan,rice flour or cornflour, a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste,kasoori methi and chopped coriander.
- Mix all and fry small crispy pakoras in hot oil.Serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
