  18. Take 1 tsp ghee

  20. Take 1/2 kg rice
  21. Get 2 tbsp oil
  22. Prepare 8 garlic pods chopped
  23. Make ready 2 green chilli finely chopped
  24. Prepare 1 chicken broth cube
  25. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
  26. Make ready Veggies
  27. Get 1 capsicum sliced
  28. Make ready 1 bowl cabbage sliced
  29. Take 1 carrot julliened
  30. Get 1 cup spring onions (1 inch size chopped)
  31. Get 1 tsp vinegar
  32. Take 1 tsp black pepper powder
  33. Take 1 tsp soya sauce
  34. Make ready for BBQ sauce
  35. Get 1 tsp oil
  36. Take 2 garlic pods
  37. Prepare 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli+red chilli powder
  38. Get to taste Salt
  39. Get 1 tbsp ketchup
  40. Take 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions to make BBQ Rice:
  1. Mix all the ingredients for chicken and marinate it and keep aside for an hour.
  2. Take a pan add oil and place chicken and let it cool on medium flame. After 15 minutes close the lid and cook. When done place charcoal in between of chicken in foil and add ghee and close lid.
  3. Take oil in a pan add garlic,green chillies, veggies, vinegar, black pepper powder, soya sauce and sauce till crisp(don't add salt or it will make it soft,)
  4. Take oil in a pan and add garlic and green chillies, chicken broth and water. When noodles add rice,salt and let it cook. Once cooker add coriander leaves.
  5. Add one by one mentioned till ketchup for BBQ sauce and cook for a minute.
  6. Mix mayo and BBQ sauce and it's ready.
  7. Now assemble in a tray by adding rice first then veggies(add salt to veggies just before serving) then sauce, then chicken. DrizzLe some sauce over and enjoy.
