My reverse-engineered recipe for Subway's Sweet Onion Sauce, as requested by another Food.com member. It's quite sweet, but very tasty, if you've never tried it before. While the onion itself is amazing, the dipping sauce that goes along with makes it, in my opinion. I'm big on appetizers and I'm huge on dipping sauces, so it's no surprise that I fell head over heels in love.
Instructions to make Onion sauce:
- Wash and slice ur onion, add the onion to pan,add oil and saute until soft,add ginger and garlic paste keep sauting
- Add grated scotch and green pepper,stir for few minutes,add curry,spieces and seasoning keep stirring until for 7_10 min,add little water
- Cover and let the onion cook for 5 min
- Eat with any desired yam,potato,pasta or rice
