- First Sieve Corn Flour and Sugar. Mix well.
- In a Square shaped mould line Butter Paper. Sprinkle 2 spoons of Corn Flour and Sugar mixture in the Mould.
- In a Pot add Sugar and Water. Boil at Medium Flame. Mix. Wait for it to turn Thick.
- Mix the Gelatin with the Water.
- Add the Gelatin Mixture in the Sugar and Water Mixture. Stir until Gelatin Mixture dissolves completely.
- Transfer to Bowl. Add Vanilla Essence in it. Whisk or Beat until Ribbon Consistency and until Colour Turns White.
- Add Food Colour in it. Mix.
- Pour into Mould and Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle some Powder Sugar and CornFlour Dry Mixture on Top.
- Let it Rest for 6 Hours on Cool or Room Temperature.
- Remove from the Mould. Remove Butter Paper very very Carefully.
- Cut it in Cubes.
- Marshmallow is ready.
- Enjoy your meal.
