- Wash and chop all the vegetables plus the bacon,
- Cut the green pepper into nice rings,
- In a bowl,beat egg one by one and mix in the other ingredients
- In a pan heat oil,put oil,make sure you have enough oil on your pan, arrange the pepper rings on the pan,now scoop your egg mixture on each of them,let it cook on one side till is ready
- Using a plate,flip over and turn carefully for the other side to cook, remove from heat and serve your omelette.enjoy one piece at a time.
