- Take a pressure cooker add lobia wash and soaked over night.
- Then boil lobia add half tsp of salt then boil for 10 minutes.
- Take a wok add mustard oil,when mustard oil starts to smoke add garlic saute then add onion and ginger saute till brown colour add all dry masalas and tomato puree saute well.
- Then add lobia and gravy cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes sprinkle green coriander and serve.
