  1. Combine all sauce ingredient except garlic and sesame seeds ,simmer until pineapple well mix in the sauce ,thick enough to coat all pork strips ,let in cool then add sesame seeds
  2. Cut pork to strips
  3. Marinade pork,add garlic,honey mustard(option) ,keep in refrigerator overnight,or at least 3 hours
  4. After marinade this can be deep fry with herbs ,or bake at 200c on foil based tray 10 mins and flip to other side another 10 mins ,or longerfor crispier effect
