- Soak whole green gram moong in water for overnight. Next day drain the water & allow it to dry for abt 30mins & put it a closed box for 24hrs to sprout.
- Once the sprout is ready mix it with above ingredients.
- Season it with mustard, & red chilli.mix it well & garnish with cilantro.
