  1. Steam diced beef, spice with a little of salt, pepper, bouillon cube, onions, once it cooked through, deep fry beef and set aside
  2. Heat oil in frying pan; add chopped onions and sautee, add pepper, stir then add carrots, green peas, stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add red and green bell pepper, sweetcorn and fried beef
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcester sauce, oregano, oyster sauce mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes. turn off heat, gently add rice and mix properly and dish into a baking dish
  4. Preheat oven 200degree ahead of time, cover baking dish with foil and bake for 5 to 8 mins, remove from oven
  5. Serve fried rice with grilled chicken.
