  1. In a pan take a few drops of oil and roast vermicelli on a medium flames stringing often until light and slightly golden
  2. Other side put water for boiling and after boiling add roasted vermicelli and cook for 2-3 minutes.after cook vermicelli drain water and keep aside.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoon oil to a hot pan add urad dal,fry until the dal turns lightly golden brown, after add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,hing, curry leaves and add mix vegetables and sprinkle salt.cook vegetables on a low flame till they almost cook.
  4. After cook the veggies add all spices and vermicelli and mix well.garnish with coriander and serve it hot.
