- Collect all the required ingredients.
- Take a pan and lightly crush the noodles into small pieces with palms.
- Dry roast the coarsely crushed noodles on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
- After few minutes you will see it has turned golden brown in colour. Once the noodles turn golden brown in colors switch off the flame.
- Let them cool completely. In a bowl take maggi taste maker.
- Then add one by one ingredients and all masala and mix well.
- Add dry roasted noodles mix well upside down without crushing the noodles.
- Lastly lemon juice and again give ita good mix gently.
- Serve immediately or else it will turn soggy.
