Add cheese stirring constantly. Add a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce stirring constantly. Once your cheese is melted pour over broccoli and cauliflower.   5. Cover and Place in oven for 20 mins. Uncover for the last 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly toasted.
