  23. Get 2-3 green chilli
  24. Make ready Salt to taste 1tbsp red chilli
  25. Make ready 1 tbsp garam garam
  26. Get 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  27. Make ready For rice__
  28. Prepare 1 bowl soak rice
  29. Make ready 1 bowl Knead flour for roti

  1. For kadi - take a mixing bowl add gram flour add water mix well make pakoda and deep fry it.
  2. Add ghee in kadai now heeng mustard seeds till crackle. Add beated sour curd and gram flour add water make it boil for half hr add salt turmeric red chilli and curry leaves now add pakoda we fry.cook in simmer for 45 mn.
  3. Dhaniya alloo_ grind coriander leaves chilli.
  4. Add ghee in kadai add heeng then mixture of coriander saute it by adding spices salt amchur turmeric and red chilli.
  5. Add boil potatoes mix well ready to eat dhaniya aloo.
  6. For Gobhi alloo__ add oil in kadai then add heeng and Gobhi aallo fry it well.
  7. Now cover it..add spices in Gobhi aloo now add ginger and chopped tomatoes again cover it for 5 mn.garnish it with coriander leaves.
  8. Boil rice.– add too water in vessel make rice boil when it cooks strain water ready to eat steamed rice.
  9. Roti_ make a roll roast in tawa..
  10. Salad __ cut cucumber beetroot onion in round shape add lemon juice…..
  11. This is perfect lunch diet….
