- Make ready 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Take Chopped coriander and mint
Steps to make Mutton Pilaw Biryani:
- First boil mutton with whole Garam masala, sliced onion, ginger garlic, dhanya powder, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, green Elaichi, bay leaves, green chillies, salt and haldi. - Once mutton is completely done add boiled potatoes, chilli powder, jeera powder, Garam masala, yoghurt, a pinch of sugar and crushed brown onions. Mix all together. Now add chopped coriander and mint.
- Now u can give charcoal Dum. - After this take a pot and first layer of half-boiled rice then mutton mixture then again some chopped coriander and mint and crushed brown onion. Then layer again remaining rice.
- Sprinkle some orange food colour,coriander,mint and brown onion. Melt 2 tbsp ghee and pour over rice. Sprinkle some water. Cover and cook on slow flame until done. - Serve hot with kachumbar and papad. š#Mubinarecipes
