  1. pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. slice lamb down to bone ( leaving the bone in) into 4-6 slices
  3. place lamb in glass baking dish and pour 1/2 cup marsala over top
  4. in different bowl mix chopped red potatoes, chopped carrot, garlic ( crushed) , chopped green onions, sliced almonds, 1/4 cup marsala, rosemary, oregano, and sage. (mix well)

  7. remove from oven, uncover, and bake for additional 5-10 min.
  8. remove from oven let cool 5-10 min
