  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, the garlic, the yoghurt and the olive oil.
  2. Mix well and place in the fridge for 4-5 hours or even better leave them overnight.
  3. Cut the pepper, the tomato and the onion and season with a little salt as well as the mushrooms.
  4. Pass them through a skewer in the following orderchicken - pepper - chicken - tomato - chicken - mushroom.
  5. Cook them on a grill or barbecue them.
  6. You serve it with rice and tzatziki and pita for souvlaki. (Of course french fries are a perfect combination…)
