- Get 2 big onions

- Pick mkunde well,dont cut,wash and keep it aside. prepare tomatoes keep aside,onions aside and ginger garlic aside.
- Boil your mkunde in Ash water for around 10min.how it looks👇…this how Ash water looks like.
- Cut onions,fry till golden brown then add garlic/ginger and cook till ready.
- Pour meat and cook under low heat for 2min,add tomatoes cover and cook till tomatoes dissolve in the meat.
- Add mkunde stir slowly under low heat,ilove Royco cubes,so add 2 to taste,salt,dont over cook,max 5min here is enough.
- Serve with sima…or anything yu love
