- Take a vessel add some oil to it.Now add tej patta,laung,cinnamon cloves,whole black pepper saute for a while and add ginger garlic paste,cook on very slow flame.Now add the yoghurt mixture to it and cook till all the masalas,tomato puree is cooked well.
- Now add the fried seekhs to it.Cover the lid and cook for a while till the gravy thickens.Garnish with coriander and serve.
