- Get 2tbp tomato sauce
- Make ready 1/2tbp soya sauce

- Take As required Some seasoning herbs
- Prepare 3 bread grinded(I used brown bread)
- Take 2tsp cornflour
- Take 1 small piece of processed cheese
- Make ready For Vegan meatballs dip
- Get 3tbp tomato sauce
- Get 1tbp chilli garlic tomato chutney
Steps to make Spaghetti with Vegan Meatballs:
- For Vegan meatballs, soak soya chunks for 15 minutes in water. Then drain the water completely and grind these soya chunks in minced meat form.
- Now in a pan add 1 tbps cooking oil and add chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Now add red chilli powder, salt, cheese and seasoning herbs and mix well.
- Now add minced soya chunks to it and cook for 2 minutes. And add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
- Take out in bowl and let it cool slightly. Now add 2 tbps cornflour and 3 tbps grinded bread and mix in dough form. If required you can add very little amount of water.
- Now with this dough make lemon size balls. And put in preheated appe pan at medium flame and bake from all sides.
- Now in small bowl add 3 tbps of tomato sauce and red chilli garlic tomato sauce and mix well. Vegan meat balls dip is ready.
- Now in a wok add 2 tbps oil and add sliced carrot. Saute for 2 minutes at medium flame.
- Now add french beans and saute for 1 minute and then add sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add sliced capsicum, salt, red chilli powder and seasoning herbs and mix well. Then add boiled spaghetti and cook for 1 minute and mix well.
- Spaghetti is ready to serve with sauces dipped Vegan meatballs with tomato sauce.
