- Pressure cook the soaked beans in one cup of water.
- (Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes and peel) this step is optional - Chop the tomatoes
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onions and sauté for a minute.
- Add capsicum, ginger garlic paste and sauté again.
- Add chopped tomatoes and other seasonings and sauté for 2minutes.
- Add boiled beans, tomato ketchup, pizza pasta sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
- Bring it to a boil and let it simmer covered for 2-3 minutes.
- Check the consistency and add water if required.
- Slightly Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
- Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top. - Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with wheat bread or even oats chapatis.
