Steps to make Chibundiro Rice Balls:
  1. Mix the left over rice with salt, black pepper, green pepper, royco, grated onion, garlic powder and Chibundiro spice.
  2. Mix until you get a well mixed mixture
  3. Add the egg and continue mixing till bound together
  4. Add the breadcrumbs and continue mixing well.
  5. Make sizeable ball the heat oil to deep fry.
  6. Deep fry till golden brown
  7. Remove from oil and place on a serviette pepper to drain excess oil
  8. Serve with soup of your choice or tea.
  9. For me I served with traditional fish. It was yummy 😋
