  1. In a mixing bowl soften the butter with a whisk and add the vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  2. In another bowl put all dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Put all dry ingredients on wet, mix by hand very well.
  4. Shape dough into similar sized balls, put some coconut on a shallow plate and roll each ball before putting it on a nonstick tray.
  5. Bake in a 180° oven for about 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
  6. While they're in the oven make the syrup by boiling together the sugar and water in a saucepan then removing from heat and adding lemon.
  7. Directly after the lady's eyelashes are out of the oven pour the entire amonut of syrup on them and let absorb and cool down, make sure they absorb it all.
  8. Serve at room temperature or/and keep in a sealed box in the fridge for 3 days.
