- Marinade washed chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste,curds salt and other spices for half hour
- Heat ghee oil mix,splutter cloves cinnamon star anise
- Add the onions ground and the cashews poppyseeds paste to stir fry in the ghee oil
- Cook five minutes stirring well
- As it starts going light brown add the marinade chicken now stir well.Add 2 glasses water
- Stir well cook in pressure 15 minutes or open pot 20 minutes on slowflame covered
- Serve Hot garnished
