- Now boil it in a heavy base pan.stir until it start boiling.remenber kadhi takes time.cook atleast for 40 minutes
- Now after 30 minutes start preparing for tadka.roast in a pan add some sunflower oil.when it look very hot just add all seeds like=cumin,methi,coriander,mustard,curry leaves
- When it start changing colors just add chopped onion and ginger and garlic and green chilli
- Make them brown and add it to kadhi.now again stir it atleast for 15 to 20 minutes
