The ingredients needed to make Hearty Fish & Chips:
  1. Get 2 dory fillets
  2. Make ready 1 hard boiled egg
  3. Take 1 potato (or sweet potato)
  4. Make ready Romaine, iceberg lettuce or any type of salad
  5. Prepare Mayonnaise or Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
  6. Get Lemon juice (half fruit)
  7. Prepare Dried thymes or rosemary
  8. Make ready Olive oil
  9. Get Salt and pepper
  10. Take Tomatoes/baby tomatoes
Instructions to make Hearty Fish & Chips:
  1. Let the towel dried dory fillets sit in lemon juice, salt & pepper, olive oil and the herbs. Leave for 15 mins before grill or pan grilled them until golden brown/cooked.
  2. For egg salad. Slice off the hard boiled egg and mix in the mayo/roasted sesame dressing and put in the romaine/icerberg lettuce and tomato. Best served chilled.
  3. Clean the potatoes, slice them into fingers/fries shape and boil for 5-10minutes. Drain them well, coat with olive oil before baking or simply fry in hot oil. Sprinkle coarse salt before serve.
