  1. Take Overnight Soaked peas and pressure cook for 2 whistles… Pressure cook 1 cup quinoa for 1 whistle.
  2. In a mixing bowl take all ingredients one by one.. quinoa and paneer at last to avoid crumbling
  3. In another bowl make dressing. Add all ingredients under dressing and mix well
  4. Gently mix all salad ingredients and add dressing and toss the salad
  5. Ready to serve.. I suggest little chilled salad will enhance taste..
