- Take Overnight Soaked peas and pressure cook for 2 whistles… Pressure cook 1 cup quinoa for 1 whistle.
- In a mixing bowl take all ingredients one by one.. quinoa and paneer at last to avoid crumbling
- In another bowl make dressing. Add all ingredients under dressing and mix well
- Gently mix all salad ingredients and add dressing and toss the salad
- Ready to serve.. I suggest little chilled salad will enhance taste..
