- Make ready 1 tsp oil

- Soak quinoa in water for 10 mins.
- Now boil 500 ml water (water quantity should be double of the quantity of quinoa), transfer quinoa in it and boil for 10-15 min, the quantity of quinoa will get more than double.
- In another kadhai heat oil and add chopped onion, saute it till it becomes golden then add chopped tomato and capsicum.
- Now add chopped carrot and all spices, mix them and cook on low flame.
- Drain out excess water of quinoa and transfer it to the cooked vegetables.
- Mix all ingredients. Delicious and healthy vegetable quinoa is ready to serve.
