- Cook quinoa and keep it aside(very much like we cook daliya).take1/2 tablespoon oil in a pan and put paneer in it and saute for a min.take paneer out in a plate,now in the same pan add remaining oil and put onion and garlic and when turns brown add veggies one by one.saute on medium to high flame.finally add quinoa and all masalas and cook for 1-2 min.finally add paneer and lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot.
