- Heat butter in a pan over medium high heat.
- Add onion and garlic and saute 8 to 10 minutes or until beginning to soften.
- Add cumin, coriander and ginger and cook 1 minute more.Add water to it and let it boil.
- On other side add quinoa flour to half glass of water mix well without lumps and add this to water content on stove.
- Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes till it is cooked.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Take it into serving bowl and add sauted carrot pieces,Chilli and flakes.
