- Drizzle the griddle with oil
- Spread a ladleful of batter and move the laddle in concentric circles
- Drizzle oil from the sides
- Spread the veggies mentioned or of your choice a top the surface of spread
- Drizzle with oil and flip
- Cook till done and serve it with coconut chutney
