  3. Now add the chopped vegetables. Potatoes, beans, carrots in order. Saute for few seconds. Now add the remaining vegetables and saute.
  4. Add the quinova and tuwar dal. Mix.
  5. Add the spice powders and salt to season and tamarind paste.
  6. Add water and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
  7. Let the pressure release naturally then open. It should have a little thin consistency else can add little water and simmer for few minutes.
  8. Now add ghee and chopped coriander.
  9. Serve immediately.
