Steps to make Quinoa Upma:
  1. In a pan boil water add quinoa and cook for about 10 minutes or till done. drain and keep aside.
  2. In a karahi, heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli wait for few seconds till the mustard seeds splutter.
  3. Add in the chopped vegetables and turmeric, saute for 5-7 minutes till the vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Add in the boiled quinoa along with salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve with your choice of healthy beverage.
