Instructions to make Rusk Delight:
- Dissolve instant coffee and castor sugar in hot water
- In separate bowl take olpers cream, cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla essence and milk.Beat well till smooth and creamy
- Take serving dish, spread cream layer
- Now dip each rusk pc in coffee mixture and place it over cream layer
- Repeat layers till all cream mixture finish, last layer should be cream mixture
- Make ganache for topping.Microwave chocolate for few seconds till it melts, add half cup cream,mix well till smooth.
- Spread ganache on top
- For decoration,I place cake stencil on top and sprinkle icing sugar, just before serving
