- Take 1 Chocolate/Vanilla Cake

- Take 1/2 Cup Nutral Gel (Glaze Gel)
Instructions to make Mirror Glazed Cake:
- Take White Chocolate and Cream in a pan. Switch on the flame and cook it till chocolate melts. Be careful while working with White Chocolate, stir it continuously otherwise the Chocolate will be burn.
- After mixing all ingredients well than switch of the flame and stir it well. Cool down for a while. Now strain the Chocolate Mixture and remove any chocolate particles from it. Now keep a side for cooling.
- When the Chocolate mixture is lukewarm then add Nutral Gel in it and mix it well. Now divide Mirror Glaze in bowl and add gel colour according your requirements.
- First I have add in small bowl blue colour then I have added blue and white gel colur and make lighter colour of Mirror Glaze Icing. And lastly I have added white gel colour and make white icing.
- Ready Icing Cake at least 4 hours before and frezze in Frezzer. Now place a tin on the plate and place the ready frezze Cake on the tin. Now I am taking White Mirror Glaze in one bowl in that I have added lighter Blue colour Mirror Glaze in bowl. Now start Mirror Glaze Icing, first pour Mirror glaze Icing from the sides and then come in the center of the cake. Spread dark colour Glaze on the top and just give one palate knife stroke and let the Mirror Glaze Icing set.
- Keep a side Ready Glaze Cake for at least 10 minutes. - Garnish with some chocolate flower. - Your Eggless Chocolate Mirror Glaze Cake is ready to serve.
