- In a large bowl, put oil and 1/2 bowl powder sugar. Mix them well for 5 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir for 5-7 minutes. Add the vanilla essence.
- Put the corn paste and mix it.
- Now sieve the flour and baking powder together. And add it with the batter. Mix it with the batter in batches. For mixing do the cut and fold technique.
- Now add the 5 tbsp milk and again mix. And let it rest for few minutes.
- (I baked the cake in a cooker so I will tell accordingly. You can also do in microwave). - Heat the cooker and tawa properly.
- Grease the oil properly around the cooker. Put the gas on medium flame and now on the tawa place the cooker. - Now mix the batter again and tap it. Now pour it in the cooker. Take out the whistle from the cooker. And then put the lid.
- After 30 sec turn the flame from medium to low. - After 35 minutes check the cake with knife. If the knife comes out clean then the cake is ready.
- For the coco sauce, in a pan take 1/4 bowl powder sugar, coco powder and rice flour. Mix them properly. Now add rest of the milk and mix properly. Now heat the mixture and put butter in it. Let it mix properly and let the sauce reduce slightly to get it thick and turn off the flame. Let it cool down.
- Now pour it on the top of the cake and garnish with cornflakes. Your cake is ready…..
