- Heat ghee in a pan add rava saute till fluffy. Now add 1/2cup water stir cont. Add caramel sugar 1tsp. Melted chocolate. Stir till ghee realise. Add dry ginger powder ganthoda powder cardamom powder and cinemon powder. Mix well. Grease tray and set for 5-7min. And unmould on serving tray.
- Now roast nuts and coat all nuts with melted chocolate.
- Now unmould chocolate relish on a serving tray. Spread melted vanilla icecream garnish with melted chocolate coated nuts and butter scotch chips. Yummy innovative Choco relish is ready to serve.
