- Soak whole moong whole night. remove water and keep it in mulmul cloth and let the sprouts come out.
- Take 2cups moong sprouts blend with coariander leaves,ginger, cumin seeds, green chillies.make thick paste.add rice flour and semolina along with salt mix well and keep aside for ten minutes.
- Heat dosa tawa apply some oil. Add little water to adjust consistency of batter. spread dosa on the pan.on low flame allow it to cook.
- Take out from tawa and serve with chutney and tomato sauce.very healthy and tasty recipe. do try this recipe.
