- Place coated strips into the hot oil to fry. Don't over crowd, cook in batches. I usually do two or three at the same time depending on size. Once chicken is browned on one side, flip over and brown the other side.
- Place your fried chicken on a cookie sheet. Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken. You can add a little or alot. I just did a little- spread over the tops.
- Bake for 10/15 mins, until the sauce is caramelized onto the chicken.
