Awadhi (IPA: [əʋ.d̪ʱi]; अवधी; 𑂃𑂫𑂡𑂲) is an Eastern Hindi language of the Indo-Aryan branch spoken in northern India. It is primarily spoken in the Awadh region of present-day Uttar Pradesh, India.   6. Cut thick onion slices. Sprinkle spices and oil on onion slices. Roast until cooked.
  7. For tuile add flour to water. Add sauce and seive it. Heat pan add oil. Once hot pour mixture. Let it bubble.
  8. Once water is reduced sprinkle chilli powder. Take off carefully once cooked. Dry it on kitchen towel paper.
  9. Arrange cucumber in round. Take a bowl add risotto and plate it in middle. Line it with sauce. Top with roasted onion. Crown with tuile. Arrange kebabs on sides. Enjoy this royal and heavenly risotto with kebab and sauce.
